Job Description

The Career Development Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in business administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting to the relevant department
  • Organising employee accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Attending weekly and monthly meetings and scribing minutes
  • Assisting with payroll and invoicing data management
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining digital files and conducting compliance checks
  • Data entry and general office duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
