Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Graduate Engineer to support the planning and delivery of capital works and infrastructure projects in a remote Queensland region.

This role offers hands-on experience across project management, construction, and asset planning, as well as opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and values-led environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of capital works and maintenance programs.
  • Conducting site inspections, feasibility studies, and assisting with project design.
  • Supporting contract administration and tender processes.
  • Assisting with grant applications and technical reporting.
  • Participating in developing our long-term infrastructure strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a keen interest in project delivery.
  • A valid driver's licence.
