About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in a key role where you will work closely with our General Counsel to ensure compliance across self-managed super funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with ASIC and lodge relevant documents.
  • Coordinate staff training and drive continuous improvements in compliance activities and processes.
  • Prepare and review documents and forms.
  • Draft and process fund documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents.
  • Perform assurance control activities.
  • Monitor the review of policies in line with compliance requirements.
  • Respond to compliance enquiries.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also essential. Experience with ASIC and SMSF is advantageous.
