Job Role Overview

The newly created contract role has come about due to business growth and is an initial 6 month contract. The focus will be on:

  • Conducting detailed reviews of transaction monitoring alerts as well as investigating issues raised by front line teams.
  • Analysing customer activity against their profile in order to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborating with other areas of the organisation to design and implement changes to processes and procedures. Updating and training on internal documentation on work processes.
  • Providing a high standard of service to all internal/external clients.

Responsibilities include a thorough examination of transaction monitoring alerts, identification and analysis of financial crime activities such as fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. This role contributes to financial crime investigations. It plays a critical role in protecting the business and its customers, ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations.
