Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain open communication.
- Manage risk across the portfolio by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of facilities data within a centralised platform.
- Drive operational efficiency through effective contractor performance management.
- Oversee essential services such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.
- Engage in sustainability initiatives aligned with client objectives.
Requirements:
- Currently working as a facilities manager or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of facilities management experience on behalf of asset owners.
- Strong experience in contractor and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to operational challenges.
