Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operational tasks of major and minor projects. The successful candidate will provide front-line and planning support to the Project Manager, assisting with project scopes, resource planning, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines.

The role requires effective communication with residents and other community members, ensuring they are fully informed of work and safety requirements when applicable. The Site Supervisor will manage plant, labour, resources, and procedures of all aspects of major and minor site projects, ensuring acceptable quality, safety, and production requirements are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks on site
  • Supervise contractors, staff, and resources as needed
  • Provide front-line and planning support to the Project Manager
  • Assist with project scopes, resource planning, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines
Requirements
  • Civil Construction / Maintenance experience: 5 years
  • Civil - Certificate IV Civil Construction
  • Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience
  • WHS General Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • Civil Construction Certificate IV – First Aid Certificate
Desirable Licenses / Tickets
  • Drivers Licence Class C
  • MR and/or HR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Traffic Controller (RIIWHS205E) and Implement Traffic Control Plans (RIIRIS301E) certifications
Employment Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off
  • Uniform provided
