Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational tasks on various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing staff, resources, and contractors to ensure efficient site delivery
  • Providing frontline support to Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met on site

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in Civil Construction or Maintenance work
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction
  • Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience
  • General Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • Civil Construction Certificate IV – First Aid Certificate
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • MR and/or HR qualification (or willingness to obtain)
