Housekeeping Supervisor Position Overview">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities meet the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and guide a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Cleaning Standards: Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Daily Cleaning and Presentation: Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Supply and Equipment Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skill Set: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective leadership and communication abilities, and proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
  • Qualifications: Police check and work rights within Australia.
