We are seeking a passionate individual who shares our enthusiasm for Health and Fitness. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their wellness goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with members.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent, although this is not mandatory. Above all, you must be passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, and willing to market our club via social media and local outreach stalls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the club manager and team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive lead generation, sign-ups, and personalized member experiences
  • Ensure that members have a fantastic experience in our clubs at all times
  • Be the point of contact for all members to ensure their membership experience is outstanding

**Requirements:**

  • Willingness to market the club via social media and local outreach stalls
  • Availability to work on Sundays
  • Good sense of humour and passion for fitness and making an impact on changing lives
