Job Description
As a Director of Physical Wellbeing, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, evaluation, and promotion of physical wellbeing initiatives across Sydney Local Health District.
You will provide strategic leadership, managerial support, and project management expertise to ensure the effective delivery of SLHD's MDOK Centre objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams in achieving strategic and program objectives.
Develop and implement physical wellbeing initiatives that enhance activity, recovery, and staff engagement.
Establish an integrative approach to health and wellness for staff within a busy and complex organisation.
Requirements
Excellent leadership skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications in a health or exercise related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Strong commitment to medical staff wellbeing and knowledge of wellness programs.
