We are looking for a skilled Executive Audit Lead to join our Enterprise Audit team at KPMG.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile client engagements, delivering quality assurance and reporting, and providing inspirational leadership to grow and develop our talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-profile client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Execute advisory-related engagements, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to grow and develop our talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Form strong relationships with prestigious audit clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of high performance and success in a similar role.
  • Strong IFRS skills and experience working with complex financial data.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.

Education

We are looking for applicants who hold relevant tertiary qualifications, including a CA or CPA or equivalent, or the ability to obtain a CA or CPA.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
