Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage internal audit engagements to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive audits to assess control effectiveness and risk management frameworks.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and control environments.
- Develop tailored internal audit plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver risk advisory projects, including compliance, regulatory audits, performance audits, and governance reviews.
- Prior experience in coaching and mentoring team members and junior staff.
- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts effectively in written and verbal forms.
- A compassionate leadership style, committed to growing your capabilities and bringing out the best in a diverse team.
