Job Role Overview

The position of Arborist Officer entails proactively managing and enhancing the urban tree assets within local council grounds.

Risk Management Responsibilities

The Arborist Officer will actively identify and manage risks associated with trees by conducting proactive inspections, audits, and maintaining the tree register via the Council's Asset Management System.

This includes demonstrating critical thinking, decision-making capabilities, and a goal-oriented approach to work. The successful candidate should possess strong team-player skills, committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
