**Lead a Team of Sport Professionals**

About the Role

This pivotal whole-school leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational delivery, and cultural vitality of the school sport programme.

The successful candidate will design and execute an ambitious, inclusive, and future-oriented sports programme that reflects the values of the institution and positions it as a national leader in school sport.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with team members, implement initiatives, deliver projects, and manage change effectively.

Demonstrated success in leading sport or co-curricular programmes at a whole-school or system level is essential, as well as the ability to lead people, manage operations, and drive strategy in a high-performing educational context.

A deep understanding of contemporary sport education, athlete development, and wellbeing is required, along with high-level skills in planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

About You
  • You should have dedicated experience in leading teams, implementing initiatives, and managing change.
  • You should possess strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant qualifications in Education, Sport Science, Coaching, or a related field are necessary for this role.
