**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Administration Officer to coordinate and facilitate incoming and outgoing correspondence, between medical teams, recruiting centres, and other departments.

This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment meeting deadlines and prioritising work commitments.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the accurate and timely management of medical submissions including storage, documentation, retrieval and data entry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage medical submissions including storage, documentation, retrieval and data entry
  • Research and respond to medical submissions, general enquiries and analyse documents and data within required timeframes
  • Provide administrative support to the Directorate of Recruiting Health Services

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
