At Macquarie, we're shaping the future of banking and financial services. As a Senior Service Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional experiences for our clients, intermediaries, and staff.

With a customer-centric approach, you'll work closely with channel stakeholders to frame problems or opportunities, mapping systems, diagnosing and clarifying issues, and designing preferred futures. Your expertise in using exploratory, generative, and evaluative research will uncover customer pain points and opportunities.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in service design, strategic design, and/or experience design. Your strong portfolio should highlight knowledge and experiences in Service Design across varied users, business problems, and contexts.

As a key member of our Strategic and Service Design team, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with mid- and senior-level stakeholders to shape project approaches, constructively challenge thinking, and develop concepts and recommendations.
