About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Zip. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop product features and user experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Experience designing for native mobile and web applications
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
