Salary: SCHCADS Level 4, $89,851.88 pro rata (plus super and salary packaging)

The Marketing and Production Coordinator will be a key member of a small, collaborative Communications and Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand, Marketing and Events. The role involves supporting marketing and engagement activities across various programs and initiatives.
This position is suitable for someone with a foundation in marketing or communications seeking to deepen their experience in a purpose-driven organization. The role involves project management, resource coordination, and delivering high-quality campaigns and events, with flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities- Manage digital platforms (WordPress, Google sites)
- Support design coordination with external designers
- Assist with marketing communications (social media, newsletters)
- Oversee merchandise portal operations
- Coordinate events and support place-based marketing initiatives
- Maintain administrative systems and records
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Competent with platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, Trello, SharePoint, Google Workspace, social media
- Design/content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
- Experience in non-profit or community sectors is favorable
