Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within the Australia and New Zealand markets.

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, fitness and lifestyle-focused energy drink brand expanding internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, signage, and ads.
  • Manage social media channels including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including video/photo assets, and appear on camera as needed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Update and maintain company website and social media profiles.
  • Support event planning, including trade shows, field marketing, and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for asset delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and budget tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internships included).
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating TikTok content.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills with experience using online analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Salary range: 60,000 - 70,000 AUD (Australian Dollars)
