About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Digital Process Automation Solutions Expert to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Integration and Process Management practice, you will play a critical role in providing Enterprise Integration and Process Automation and Orchestration solutions to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain, crafting innovative service offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Manage relationships with account and sales stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise to proposal development and overall solutions.
  • Identify opportunities and make proactive client proposals in line with account strategy, leveraging your expertise in Architecture and Development processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience working with leading platforms in the segment, such as Pega, Appian, Outsystems, or Unqork.
  • A deep understanding of market trends, pivotal shifts, and opportunities in the Process Automation and Orchestration space.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and a drive for results, with experience supporting account teams and building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Cross-functional IT experience, including IT consulting, IT business systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and development and implementation of large-scale systems.
