As a Hospitality Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and professional service to all guests, creating a warm and memorable dining experience.
  • Recognise and familiarise yourself with regular guests to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Greet and seat guests, assist with enquiries and reservations, and offer knowledgeable guidance on menu offerings.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through suggestive selling and thorough knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Accurately take and repeat orders, input them into the point of sale system, and ensure clarity in dockets.
  • Collect meals from the kitchen promptly, check for accuracy and presentation, and deliver them to guests while announcing items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by following regular cleaning schedules for service areas.
  • Operate in accordance with hotel liquor licensing laws and policies, and uphold all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
Requirements
  • Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid RSA certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails is required.
  • A strong service focus with attention to detail and clear communication skills is essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and positive attitude, with availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
