Project Manager Role Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple landscape construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources with a focus on efficiency and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project workflows, ensure timely completion, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress towards goals
  • Foster a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Support and develop project teams to achieve high-performance outcomes
About You:

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager who possesses:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction or landscaping sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client-facing relationships
  • Confidence in managing contract-driven environments, working with developers, councils, and Tier 1 & 2 builders
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software as needed
  • Commercial acumen, adaptability, and motivation to contribute to a growing team
  • A commitment to upholding a positive safety culture
