Senior Administrator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our construction team, working on large-scale projects.

As a Senior Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communication between teams, and contributing to the achievement of project goals.

  • You will have experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably with similar contractors.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve site and project goals.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
Requirements:
  1. Project Management Experience: You must have experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably with similar contractors.
  2. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  3. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve site and project goals.
  4. Self-Motivation: A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
