Project Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team in managing and administering contracts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to execution and completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as building or engineering, and/or an electrical or mechanical trade certificate.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
