Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to oversee risk management and insurance operations, implementing strategic systems that promote safety awareness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously review and improve the risk management program, minimizing risk exposure and enhancing risk awareness.
- Manage general insurance programs and Insurance Brokerage contracts effectively.
- Efficiently handle claims administration and Under Excess Claims Management contract supervision.
- Develop Business Continuity Plans and manage Fraud and Corruption Policy frameworks.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Risk Management or a related field, with substantial experience in public sector risk management, including risk, business continuity, and fraud systems.
- Ability to manage sensitive issues, lead quality-focused cultures, and write specialist reports.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and customer service principles.
