To be successful in this role, you will draw on your expert skills in project management, engagement, and influencing to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will provide specialist guidance to achieve implementation and deliver strategic programs and outcomes.

  • You have demonstrated experience in social performance related roles with operational exposure.
  • You possess commercial acumen and strengths in negotiations with external suppliers, procurement, and operations.
  • You have tender writing experience or similar, with strong communication (written and verbal) skills essential.
  • You can develop a strategic plan from bid phase through to operational execution.
  • You can clearly articulate a strategic direction and plan.
  • You have exposure to the mining, construction, and/or engineering industries highly desirable.
  • You have previous experience in Human Resources, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, or Corporate Affairs/Public Affairs delivering approved community and stakeholder engagement or diversity and inclusion plans.
  • You have strong project management experience, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement while measuring ROI.
  • You possess sound research and reporting skills.
