Project Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to lead the planning and execution of urban subdivision projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our business.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing project plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as overseeing risk management, design coordination, and client communication. Your ability to anticipate project risks, drive performance, and plan ahead will be critical to your success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic project planning, resourcing, and delivery of urban subdivision works
  • Develop and track project programs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee risk management, design coordination, and client communication
  • Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met across all sites

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development. You should also possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving capability, sound knowledge of earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery, excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, familiarity with local authority processes and compliance standards, and a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Strong commercial and contractual understanding is also essential.
