Overview: Exciting opportunity to join a leading sports technology provider as a content creation professional.

We're seeking a talented Junior Assistant Producer to join our global video wire service team. As part of our round-the-clock operation, you will cover the biggest teams, players, and stories across the sporting world, spanning the globe.

You'll be at the forefront of creating engaging video output for digital, broadcast, and social clients, using our extensive sports data to enhance storytelling. Your key responsibilities will include scripting, editing, and delivering high-quality content to a broadcast standard.

Your duties will also involve collaborating with our newsdesk, international, and support teams to ensure a smooth workflow of content. With access to the best sports data in the world, you'll create compelling video output that showcases your skills and passion for sports journalism.

Key Requirements:

  • First-rate knowledge of various sports, with soccer being essential.
  • A keen sense of news judgment and objective editorial decision-making.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with key editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, to a broadcast standard.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Broadcast journalism qualification or relevant experience.
