Job Description

We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music worldwide.

The role of Influencer & Content Strategist is a central point between creators, platforms and artist worlds to build fans through multi-platform content development of our Artists content, maximising reach and engaging audiences.

This exciting and unique role requires strong relationships with creators, agencies and influencer management teams. A strong understanding of the influencer landscape and social platforms; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat is also required.

Key responsibilities include executing best practice optimisation strategies for Artists and owned channels across all key platforms, developing and maintaining relationships with partner platform contacts, researching and evaluating the latest trends and techniques in social media activity and specialising in short-form video content creation.

A natural collaborator, this person will build strong internal relationships and work with stakeholders locally and internationally to ensure project outcomes are impactful and measurable.

This role requires an expert in social media platforms, particularly in relation to content creation across short-form video platforms like TikTok. Strong interest in social media who is up-to-date on best-in-class content to hit engagement and growth KPIs is essential.
