Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Creation Specialist to lead our content strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that resonates with our target audience.
This role requires a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that showcases our brand positioning and values.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end content production, including concepting, recording, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Additionally, the ability to read and interpret content analytics to develop clear actions, attributions, and optimisations for the business is crucial.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling social-first content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the wider media and creative teams to ideate, script, shoot, design, edit, and publish content.
- Work closely with the Content Lead to refine the creative approach and output based on data and audience feedback.
Requirements:
- A degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cultural trends and the digital zeitgeist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
