Content Creation Specialist

Our women's fashion brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce specialist to manage the creation and delivery of high-quality visual content for our online platforms.
Responsibilities:- Style and direct all Ecommerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin).
- Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines.
- Lead shoot day execution and image selection to ensure output is commercially strong.
- Cordinate with external talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams.
- Provide feedback on retouching and editing to align with brand standards.
- Maintain a well-organized studio environment, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
This role requires strong styling ability, leadership skills, and a hands-on understanding of what drives Ecommerce imagery conversion. You will work closely with digital and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing and engaging content that meets sales expectations.
You will be expected to have a keen eye for detail, focusing on styling consistency, lighting, and file naming. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our brand and work with a talented team.
