About the Role

The Care Manager Leader plays a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, quality and cost-effective nursing care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice. This involves collaborating with operational teams to provide strategic management and support to clinical teams.

This role requires advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management of patients with complex care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing human resources to enhance patient safety and experience, and ensuring effective admission and discharge policies are in place to achieve optimal patient flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
