Student Engagement Leader

This leadership role is focused on enhancing educational outcomes by promoting student engagement in both the classroom and throughout their learning journey. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to support students' academic success and foster a positive school environment.

About the Role

The Student Engagement Leader will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and coaching to staff on best practices for engaging students, including targeted teaching and learning support. They will also play a key role in building productive relationships with the Year Level Coordinator, the Engagement Team, and Wellbeing staff to promote a culture of student engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation
  • Provide coaching and professional development to staff on engaging students and improving academic outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Team and Wellbeing staff to develop and implement targeted support programs for students
  • Lead and facilitate schoolwide initiatives to promote student engagement and wellbeing
