Job Overview

As a Client Director for Defence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future and leading with purpose.

  • Develop strong relationships with client organisations and industry partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and objectives.
  • Pursue and secure major projects and programs aligned with defence priorities and values by championing our collaborative culture and market strategies.
  • Lead authentically by engaging directly in project delivery to earn respect and credibility, demonstrating hands-on leadership and technical expertise.
  • Drive market strategy by collaborating with the Defence Market Lead to shape client engagement strategies that align with emerging opportunities and defence initiatives.
  • Promote excellence by leveraging global capabilities to introduce innovative services that meet client needs and uphold reputation for quality.
  • Grow talent by recruiting professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient team.

You possess deep experience working with the Department of Defence, particularly within infrastructure services, and ideally within defence support services.

Your professional network and market reputation are backed by a proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
