About the Role

We seek an experienced Early Childhood Education leader who excels at building community connections and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs. With dedicated support, you will focus on increasing occupancy, developing your team, and delivering excellence in early education.

Your Background
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Proven experience as a Centre Director
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • A passion for community involvement and team development
  • Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
