About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop and execute cutting-edge trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and elevate shopper engagement across eCommerce, online, and offline retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that align with business and retailer objectives, driving sales growth, brand visibility, and shopper engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure trade marketing plans support overall business goals.
  • Optimise retailer and marketing calendars, enhancing the consumer shopping journey from key accounts to in-store execution.
  • Implement and manage sales processes and tools, including CRM and TPM, to boost productivity and performance.
  • Monitor sales data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead and manage a trade and sales operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage budgets and resources for trade marketing and sales operations to achieve financial targets.
  • Oversee strategic planning and execution of key sales events, including trade deals, customer conferences, and promotions.
  • Ensure promotional activities are well-coordinated and deliver desired outcomes through effective communication and reporting.

About You:

  • Strategic & Analytical: You excel in developing trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals and analysing sales data to drive growth and improvement.
  • Strong Leader: You have proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Experienced in FMCG: You bring a minimum of 5 years experience in trade marketing or activations roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Process-Oriented: You're skilled in managing sales tools like CRM and TPM, optimising processes for better productivity.
  • Project & Budget Management: You handle marketing calendars, event planning, and budgets with ease, ensuring all activities meet targets.
  • Effective Communicator: You provide clear updates and insights, ensuring alignment across teams.
