About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Collaborate with our educators to design and implement engaging programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Team Development: Nurture and develop our team members to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles, providing exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with our families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their educational journey.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that our centre meets or exceeds the requirements of the EYLF and NQS, maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
  • Working with Children's Check: Possess a current Working with Children's Check.
  • Passion for Early Learning: Demonstrate a genuine passion for developing the skills and knowledge of our little learners.
