Personal Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our high-net-worth individual and their family members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills. You will be expected to manage meetings, prepare correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting management, including minute-taking, agendas, room booking, and events
  • Drafting and preparation of correspondence, such as presentations, documents, invitations, and briefing papers
  • Ensuring a smooth running of the private residence, including managing household staff and tradespeople
  • Ad-hoc personal errands and other administration duties as needed
