Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the Customer Service Assistants team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Take ownership of Front End Operations, including managing cash handling procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Train and develop staff on our Customer Service values, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and corporate office to drive sales growth, control expenses, and achieve business objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including payroll processing, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safety protocols and HR policies.
Requirements:
  • Recent relevant work experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic numeracy skills and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
