Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Glue Store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Process sales, returns, and gift vouchers efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Escalate any customer complaints to management, providing a resolution-focused approach.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
