The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Responsibilities include ensuring administration duties relative to stock control and sales are attended to in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Provide efficient support to Management with regard to vehicle follow-up, reports, and stock requirements.
  • Promptly complete dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles.
  • Registering vehicles (training provided).
  • Data maintenance for the Sales Department across multiple computer platforms.
  • Processing internal paperwork concerning deliveries.

Key qualifications include prioritizing work and multitasking, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail. A Business Administration qualification is also desirable.
