Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic residential property management environment, providing administrative support and contributing to the growth of a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with condition reports, routine inspections, and maintenance activities
  • Prepare and send rental offers, lease communications, and documentation
  • Coordinate trades and other external services as required
  • Work towards taking on a small portfolio of residential properties to manage independently

Requirements:

  • A relevant certificate or qualification in property services (or working towards this)
  • Experience in providing administrative support and customer service in a professional setting
  • Adaptable and flexible, with strong initiative and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • A history of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
