About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented marketing specialist to support the creation of through-the-line integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that drive customer loyalty and increase sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer loyalty and increase sales
  • Prioritize and activate relevant and compelling offers to drive transactions, basket size, and visits
  • Build brand equity through engaging communications that articulate 'why our brand'
  • Leverage brand platforms, assets, partnerships, and sponsorships to drive results
  • Coordinate and implement ad hoc campaigns and projects to agreed timelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • 2 years' experience as a trade marketing planner, marketing agency planner, or brand manager from a prominent retailer or FMCG organisation
  • Creative planning and execution experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work at pace
