Talent Right is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth within our existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Drive sales and revenue growth within our existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, and to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Provide input and feedback on sales strategies and tactics, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service roles, including B2B supply dealing with a large number of SKUs.
- Proven track record in achieving results and providing strong leadership.
- General knowledge of welding processes and products.
- Competence in using systems, including CRM and ERP (Netsuite experience is advantageous).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be an all-rounder in various branch operations.
- Sales mindset with a love for helping people (colleagues and customers).
- Friendly nature with solid attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
