Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling inquiries, and managing existing accounts with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's success.
  • Accurately complete sales reporting requirements in our systems, ensuring seamless integration with our sales process.
  • Participate in daily sales huddles and adhere to our established sales process.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2B supply.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, with Netsuite experience being a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a process-driven approach.
  • A sales mindset with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  • Attention to detail and a friendly nature.
