About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services to infants, children, and young people, and their families. This will involve providing clinical and operational leadership, guidance, and support to staff, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve service outcomes.
As a Mental Health Team Lead, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other professionals, to provide comprehensive care to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
- At least 3 years' experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
