About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Coordinator to Lead who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the Select Logistics software and technology offering to our customers.
- This involves managing relationships between software providers and project teams, providing user training and ongoing support, and facilitating the raising of vendor Purchase Orders to ensure we receive full value from services procured and avoid additional costs.
- You will lead the development of user manuals and training documentation, assist with case studies and sales and marketing materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand concerns and identify improvement opportunities related to delivery systems and customer interfaces.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a background in delivery management systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with plant, heavy vehicles, and people onboarding systems, as well as material stores and inventory management platforms, including off-site fabrication processes.
- Tertiary qualifications, such as a diploma or degree, and relevant certifications, such as Cert IV Project Management Practices.
- An understanding of key roles, licenses, and competencies within the construction industry.
