We are looking for a skilled Logistics Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in building solutions for the core challenges of the logistics industry.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with strong technical skills to work closely with our software development teams on technical projects. As a Logistics Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Deeply engaging with our customers to understand their pain points and translate them into high-level design/solution documents.
  • Providing support to customer incidents and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with our software development teams to design and implement concrete solutions.
  • Assisting in aligning the product roadmap with company priorities and managing/updating the product enhancements backlog based on priorities.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets functional objectives.
  • Contributing to product documentation.

You will work closely with our Product Manager to set up the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. This is a challenging role that requires strong logistics knowledge, coupled with technical experience, as well as excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong logistics experience, preferably in areas such as warehousing, domestic transport, or freight forwarding.
  • A depth of logistics knowledge coupled with technical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.
  • The ability to understand, analyze, and transform pain points into implementable solutions.
  • A creative mindset to come up with solutions that customers didn't know were possible.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
