At Spotlight Group Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in the Distribution Centre.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre, ensuring seamless inventory control and efficient dispatch processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all aspects of Dispatch or Receiving operations, including wrapping, shipping, and stock recovery.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure excellent performance.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and produce daily Stock on Hand reports to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Team Member Agreement (EBA), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
  • Perform general administrative duties as directed by the Team Leaders.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Transport, Dispatch, Receiving, and/or DC environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of up to 15 team members.
  • Ability to coordinate work and be accountable for your own work.
