Data Management Leader

As a data management leader, you will be part of a team that accelerates digital transformation journeys. We solve complex technological and business challenges with highly talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement data management strategies including static & dynamic data masking, relational database systems, and data related defect management.
  • Develop and maintain skills in data analysis, data quality, data testing, and data synchronisation.
  • Implement synthetic data generation tools and utilize data masking tools like IBM Infosphere Optim, Informatica TDM, Delphix, or CA Test Data Manager.
  • Maintain expertise in MS SQL and Oracle databases as well as experience with Big Data ecosystem and unstructured data management.
  • Apply knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Spark SQL, and cloud architect certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Requirements:
  • Experience in data management planning and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data management, data synchronisation, data quality & data testing principles.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting in complex integrated environments and data security principles.
